Rental Property Maintenance in Noosa & the Sunshine Coast
Noosa runs on rentals and holiday lets, and both need a handyman who turns up when the changeover window is short. Brett handles end-of-lease make-goods, condition-report repair lists, between-tenancy touch-ups and ongoing maintenance for landlords and property managers. Typical work: patching and touch-ups, door and hardware repairs, resealing wet areas, replacing tired fixtures, and clearing the small-defects list that holds up a bond release. Work is documented so agents and owners have something to file. Because every job is done by Brett personally, you get the same person across a portfolio rather than whoever the agency could get that week.
